At GAVI Point of Purchase, our process is built to take your display program from concept to completion with clarity, efficiency, and dependable execution. With more than 30 years of experience serving the U.S. market, we know a successful POP display must do more than look good. Every project begins with discovery. We take time to understand your product, target customer, merchandising goals, retail environment, budget, and timeline. This helps us recommend the right display solution based on both visual appeal and real-world performance.
From there, our design and engineering team develops concepts that are creative, structurally sound, and practical for production. Whether the project calls for a countertop display, end cap, floor display, pallet display, or custom fixture, each detail is planned with retail performance in mind.
Once the concept is approved, we move into prototyping and testing to confirm fit, durability, product capacity, and overall presentation before full production begins. After approval, the project moves into production, printing, assembly, and finishing using the right materials and methods for the application. The final stage includes packaging, logistics, and delivery coordination to help ensure your display program arrives ready for rollout.
